CTL RS232 is a Windows 32 program to assist in experimenting with the serial port and is the successor of CTL RS232 16 bit version. It was developed in the first place to investigate the communication with a radio-equipment attached to the serial port. With CTL RS232 you can control any port-parameters, even when the port is open. You can send any data in any baudrate and receive and display any data in any baudrate. You can have the program send some data on a regular (timed) base, or you can make the program react (trigger) to certain received data. Everything can be saved and reopened.
